  1. Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Yes. We accept returns within 15 days from the date of receipt. Items must meet eligibility requirements which include unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not currently process exchanges. You can return the item purchased and then once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  1. Do you charge a restock fee for returned items?

We only charge a restock fee for returns totaling a $100 or more.

  1. What areas do you ship to?

We ship domestically within the United States.  

  1. Do you ship packages internationally?

No. We currently only ship within the United States.

  1. How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping rates can vary according to the weight of the items purchased.

  1. Who is your shipping carrier and what are your shipping timeframes?

We currently only use USPS for our shipping needs. All our shipping options take between 1-3 days after order is processed and shipped for customers to receive their order.

  1. How long does it take to process an order?

We ask that you give us 1-3 business days to process your order before it is shipped.

  1. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number so you can check the status.

  1. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes. We ship to PO Boxes but the only current shipping options available for PO Boxes is through Priority Mail Express.

  1. Do you ship to Military Addresses?

No. We currently do not ship to Military Bases.
